For short requests, we will endeavor to reply the same morning or afternoon – provided the practice is open. Please understand that due to the high volume of e-mails and other practice tasks, it may take up to 48 hours for you to receive a response in individual cases.

Prescriptions, referrals and similar orders received on weekdays are usually ready for collection from the practice from 3 p.m. on the following day.

Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 or at the weekend are available from 15:00 on the following Tuesday.

Call-back requests will only be answered if a call-back has been expressly agreed (e.g. as a reminder email) or if it is a short query that cannot be medically postponed and cannot be reasonably clarified by email.
